Sunlight in, bill down

Start with the number you already know.

Move your average power bill and we will size the array, count the panels and show you the shape of a July day on your roof.

$180 / month

Numbers are modeled on regional irradiance (about 1,600 kWh per installed kW per year) and a 12¢ blended rate. Your real design comes from a roof measurement and 12 months of your utility data.

How it works

Five weeks, four visits, one shutdown.

The order matters here, so here it is in order, including the parts that are just waiting.

01

Roof and panel review

We measure the roof, photograph the main panel and pull your last 12 utility bills. You get a layout with real panel positions, not a stock rendering.

02

Design and proposal

Production model, offset, financing options and the final price on one page. Nothing moves until you sign it.

03

Permits and utility application

City building permit and the interconnection application with your utility. This is the waiting part. We file it, then we chase it.

Weeks 2–4
04

Installation

Crew arrives at 7am. Power is off for roughly two hours while the panel is tied in. Most homes finish the same day.

05

Inspection and switch-on

City inspection, then permission to operate from the utility. We turn the system on with you standing there and set up monitoring on your phone.

Week 5

Equipment

Built to sit on a roof for 25 winters.

Everything we install is rated for real temperature swings: 100°F attic heat in summer, snow load and freeze-thaw in winter. Same equipment on every job, so our crews know it cold.
