Who qualifies
What we need before your first submission.
We are putting your work in front of our lenders under our dealer agreement, so the bar is the lender's bar. Nothing here is unusual for a shop already installing. Roofers and electricians adding solar to their services are welcome to apply.
Licensing
Active contractor and electrical licensing in every state you intend to submit from.
Insurance
General liability and workers' comp at lender-required limits, with certificates on file.
Install quality
Reference installs we can inspect, plus a standard for photos and completion packets.
Clean sales practice
No misrepresented savings, no forged signatures. One substantiated complaint ends the relationship.
What does it cost?
You pay a nominal platform fee for access to our lenders and support. We walk through current terms on your first call.
Do I keep my brand?
Yes. Your name stays on everything customer-facing.
How fast is onboarding?
You can get started in as little as 3 business days if you onboard promptly. Most of the wait is lender-side review of your licensing and insurance, so a complete document package is what moves it fastest. We will tell you up front if something in the file is going to be a problem.
Do you take over my customer?
No. The homeowner is yours. We appear on the lender paperwork because the dealer agreement is ours, and we are the party the bank holds accountable, but we do not market to your customer base, and we do not sell into your territory under this program.
Who carries the installation warranty?
You do, as the installing contractor. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the homeowner as normal. If you ever stop operating, we can take over service for your installed base under a separate O&M agreement rather than leaving those customers stranded.
What happens on a redline or clawback?
Lenders claw back funding for misrepresentation, cancelled jobs and some documentation failures. Your partner agreement spells out which categories flow back to you and which we absorb, before you submit a single deal. We will not quote those terms verbally.
Can we use our own lender for some deals?
Yes. The program is non-exclusive. Most partners run us alongside whatever direct relationships they already hold and send us the credit tiers or products their own platforms will not take.
