Commercial & multi-site

One roof is a project. Four hundred is a program.

408 commercial projects and 53.4 MW built to date. The hard part of portfolio work is never the racking. It is running the same scope across dozens of jurisdictions, utilities and site managers without a single location losing a day of business.

Who we build for

Three portfolio types, three different problems.

A 98 kW storage roof and a 500 kW big-box roof are not the same job twice. Here is what we have actually built, and what made each program work.

Capabilities

What we self-perform.

Design, engineering, installation and commissioning stay in-house, which is why the schedule holds when a portfolio runs across several states at once.

Ballasted flat roof

Non-penetrating racking on TPO and EPDM, engineered to the roof's load capacity and wind zone.

Parking canopies

Steel carport structures that generate power and cover the lot, wired for chargers underneath.

Fleet & customer charging

Level 2 banks and DC fast charging, including the service upgrade and utility make-ready paperwork.

Interconnection

Application, study responses and PTO chased utility by utility. This is the step that actually sets your in-service date.

Phase 01

Portfolio screen

Roof age, structural capacity, load profile and utility rules scored across every site on your list.

Phase 02

Pilot sites

Two or three buildings built first to lock the scope, the drawing set and the real per-site cost.

Phase 03

Rollout

Repeatable crews and a fixed construction sequence, tracked site by site against one schedule.

Phase 04

Operate

Commissioning, production reporting and an O&M agreement that names a person, not a queue.

Built to be inherited

Every array we build, we can still service in year fifteen.

Same equipment platform, same labeling standard, same as-built package handed over at commissioning. It is why our own crews can show up at a site they have not touched since 2019 and know the system cold, and why we can take over arrays other contractors abandoned.
